    Wild oregano oil is gaining popularity for its potential health benefits and we at LTYG LOVE it! But how can you make the most of this natural remedy? How did I use it to treat my ulcerative colitis, especially since I was so hypersensitive to any new supplement?

    In a recent Q&A live stream on YouTube, I shared my first-hand experiences and valuable tips on how to effectively consume wild oregano oil.

    Choosing the right product:

    I emphasize the importance of selecting a high quality organic wild oregano oil product: Joy of the Mountains. Quality is important when it comes to getting the full benefit from it.

    Dosage and dilution:

    Start with a lower dosage and dilute the oil with a carrier oil (e.g. olive oil) to avoid possible irritation. I usually started with a drop under the tongue. The solution we recommend is already diluted, but you can dilute it further if necessary.
