I recently received this email from an LTYG reader expressing frustration that the protocols were too strict. I hear your pain! And I wish curing a chronic, supposedly incurable illness were simpler and easier… but when it comes down to it, that’s not the case.
I often get emails like this, but he was very upset, so I wanted to address his email in this video:
“Look, this is a lot more complicated than I first understood. I don’t have the time and energy for all that, e-books and all that other stuff. My understanding was that you had a simple program that people could follow instead of spending hours reading e-books and all that. Your shakes are very expensive, but I was willing to try them, and but with all these other things, diets, reading, and sourcing products, it looks like you want me to do the work Now can you send me a simple step-by-step guide on how to do this? For example, I don’t want 20 ways or 20 products.
Protocols are too difficult
Someone who doesn’t want to spend the time and energy to fully understand their body and fully map what is happening to their unique body would be better off finding a doctor who is knowledgeable about naturopathic medicine – possibly one who is familiar with my protocols. I have a list of recommended doctors here.
Everyone responds differently to different treatments, and you need to understand all the factors that contribute to a multisystem disease or imbalance. It’s not an easy situation when you have Crohn’s disease or colitis – so unfortunately I can’t give a simple step-by-step guide to healing. Ultimately, it is a personal journey that is tailored to each individual.
