Hello everyone, Linsy here! Today I want to talk to you about one of my favorite products, George’s “Always Active” Aloe Vera Juice! This aloe vera juice helps me reduce inflammation and calms my gastrointestinal tract throughout the night. I actually really love this aloe because I’ve been looking for a product for years that doesn’t give me diarrhea – and this is it!
It is also great for relieving ulcers, irritable bowel syndrome, chronic constipation, chronic heartburn, acid reflux and much more.
George’s Aloe Vera Juice to Heal Inflammation
Maybe you’ve tried consuming aloe vera and found that it causes diarrhea or irritates your intestines? This is likely because the brand of aloe you consumed contained preservatives. Or it still contained the irritating laxative components of the aloe leaf.
Aloe vera juice must not contain any preservatives. It should taste almost like water and have all irritating and laxative components completely removed. For this reason, George’s Aloe Vera is neither thick nor greenish.
This aloe juice is useful for mild heartburn, heals ulcers, stops minor bleeding and helps restore the intestinal wall and mucosa. For years, Jini took 1/4 cup daily as a maintenance dose.
I still use it to this day for upper gastrointestinal problems! Every night before bed I like to enjoy my mucous membrane healing tea, which contains this wonderful aloe and other gut-healing ingredients. Here is my recipe for this tea so you can try it for yourself.
Aloe has some antibacterial, antifungal and antiviral properties, so I like to use it as a treatment to keep my microbiome balanced in case there is an imbalance with pathogens. This is a great product that you can use daily to help with these issues!
It is best to drink this aloe vera juice on an empty stomach. You can combine aloe vera with other intestinal lining healing products, but make sure you take a 2 hour break from probiotics.
