    Restorative practices challenge your body to become stronger while nourishing it. In this video I show you how I use my herd of horses to build and strengthen my body while nourishing, protecting and down-regulating my nervous system. I will also give you some ideas on how you can adopt this concept into your own life and use it to strengthen your own body as part of your personal healing journey.

    Restorative practices

    Remember that restorative practices are those that do not burden you too much, but rather allow you to strengthen your body while giving it rest – because healing alone requires A LOT of energy! We want to encourage our bodies to become stronger, but while healing it is important not to push yourself too hard as this can be detrimental to your healing process.

    BLOOD

    Jini Patel Thompson is an internationally recognized expert in natural healing for digestive diseases.
