If you use ColonEaze~Move to treat chronic constipation or finally take a therapeutic dose of Natren probiotics, you may notice signs of detoxification, rashes, rashes, or other adverse skin reactions.
Your skin problem could be an allergy to a supplement ingredient or topical substance, but it could also be an indication of a cleanse or detox. Remember: As the fetus develops in the womb, the same cells that make up the intestines extend up the esophagus, into the oral lining, the lips, and then onto our entire skin surface; Our intestines and our skin are made of the same cells.
So what happens on your skin is like a signpost for what happens in your gut. Both organs (skin and intestines) are extremely absorbent and serve to cleanse and detoxify the body.
As you begin to balance your gut flora (microbiome) and cleanse your digestive tract, it is often about detoxification and elimination of unwanted substances and microbes. Even though it seems like things are getting worse, they may actually be getting better. Unfortunately, it can be difficult to differentiate between this detoxification or healing crisis and an allergy!
You really have to trust your intuition and listen to your gut. It’s also best not to put too much strain on the body at once – detoxifying or improving intestinal flora too quickly can make you feel very nauseous or trigger an illness flare-up. That’s why it’s often best to take things much slower and give your body a gentler experience. Reduce the dosage and/or take it only a few times a week or take a short break and then try again with a low dosage once the situation calms down, etc.
