You ate something and it made you sick! Food poisoning is no joke, and for anyone with bowel problems, the panic that arises after eating something bad is REAL. When we already have sensitive stomachs, the last thing we need is bad food to ruin our day!

Tip 6: Jini’s Lazer Tapping

You will be amazed how this can help physically, especially when it comes to detox! If you’ve seen any of my previous videos, you know that detox has been a HUGE part of my healing journey.

Lazer tapping is great for detox as it helps release stuck or stagnant energy, thus relieving and pushing out stuck or fermenting foods – what happens when you eat something bad! The nice thing about knocking is letting go and letting go. So when you put this energy in motion, in this case, you can let go of not only stuck emotions but also stuck foods.

Tip 7: Lean into your own body wisdom

In Jini’s 8 Key Steps video, she tells a story when she went to a 5-star dinner with some friends and immediately spat out the food. She knew something was wrong and refused to eat the food. Lo and behold, everyone got sick – except you!

This is a fantastic example of leaning into your body wisdom. Jini knew that as soon as the food touched her mouth, something was wrong. So don’t be afraid to listen to what your body is trying to tell you!

When you eat something and feel that something is wrong, that’s your gut feeling. Listen to you. Don’t let the embarrassment of spitting food out in front of people or arguing with yourself that this is a “5-star” restaurant stop you from listening to your gut instincts. If it doesn’t smell or taste right, it probably isn’t.

This video is amazing and has honestly changed my life as it covers the 8 most important steps Jini takes to heal intestinal disorders. I highly recommend checking out below if you haven’t already! It was one of the first videos I ever found on Jini’s channel.

As always, have fun healing – and always listen to your stomach! 🙂
