When the thought of popsicles comes to mind, do you think of frozen sugary goodness dripping down your hands on a hot summer day? I do.

    Easy keto popsicle recipes

Therefore, the term “keto popsicle recipes” may seem like an oxymoron.

It must not be. My keto popsicle recipes are sugar-free, low-carb, and healthy.

While these simple keto popsicle recipes will keep you cool in the summer heat, they are so good we eat them all year round.

From Fudgsicles to Creamsicles to Popsicles and more

Whether you’re a fan of chocolate ice lollies like fudgsicles or popsicles with real fruits like lime popsicles, I have it all for you.

    How to make keto popsicles

If you’re wondering how to make keto popsicles, this is a piece of keto cake. Do you like your popsicles homemade? Me too. There is nothing better!

There are only a few tools you need to make popsicles and then you can make them over and over again.

Your biggest problem will be keeping your supply of low carbohydrate popsicles up to date with family demand.

    Sugar-free popsicle recipes

Here are my favorite tools for making popsicles.

Vitamix 750 Professional Series Blender Brushed Steel Thanksgiving Giveaway

Best mixer for keto popsicle recipes

As with any recipe you make, the first step is to specify your ingredients and then measure them out. After that, you’ll want to put them in a blender.

I’ve had my favorite mixer that I’ve been using since Baby Pantry was born and that was in 2000. It’s a keeper.

My Vitamix is super chic. It also really does the job when it comes to smoothies, nut milk, and more.

While I haven’t tried it, I’d bet a regular blender would pulverize your popsicle batter until it is very smooth and creamy.

    Popsicle shape

The best popsicle shape for keto popsicles

After you’ve made your mixture, pour it into the popsicle mold.

My favorite popsicle mold works great, making popsicles that look absolutely perfect, like the ones we got by the pool every summer.

How to make popsicles without mold

If you want to make popsicles without popsicles, an ice cube tray is a great alternative.

I’ve also heard that you can use mini muffin tins with paper liners and popsicles, but I haven’t tried that myself. Apparently, paper cups work well too.

    Popsicles for homemade popsicles

After you’ve poured the popsicle mixture into the mold, let it cool a little and set, then add the popsicle sticks.

They work for all of my incredible keto popsicle recipes. After that, all you have to do is wait a few more hours and have violá homemade keto popsicles ready.

    Popsicle

    Popsicles with real fruits

So now to the variety of keto popsicle recipes I have for you. If you are looking for keto fruit popsicle recipes, look no further.

You’ll want to try my sugar-free lime popsicle ice cream below, also known as Keto Mojito Popsicle, as well as Keto Creamsicles, which are an absolute family favorite.

In fact, I just took a break from writing to toss a pile of our beloved creamsicles in the freezer.

    Sugar free popsicles

But there is so much more to it than popsicle recipes. Our other favorite is my Keto Fudgsicles Recipe.

Whether you’re in the mood for sugar-free fudgsicles, low-carb creamsicles, or keto popsicles in Red White & Blue, I’ve got you covered for a low-carb style cool down.

    Keto Mojito Popsicle

    Sugar Free Keto Mojito Popsicle

My 3-ingredient Keto Mojito Popsicles are a great treat for a hot summer day.

This is a fantastic sugar-free popsicle recipe. All you need for this is lime juice, mint and stevia. Yes, this easy popsicle recipe has just three ingredients.

If you’re looking for a refreshing drink instead of popsicles, try my favorite Keto Margarita recipe.

    Red, white and blueberry popsicles

    Popsicle red white and blue

My low carb popsicles in red, white, and blue are the perfect July 4th keto dessert.

These patriotic pops have three delicious layers of healthy goodness.

The first is blueberry, the second is your classic low-carb, high-fat coconut, and the third is strawberry.

They look stunning but are pretty easy to do. My boys loved them growing up, and now that they’re in their 20s, they still devour them just as enthusiastically.

    Cream sickle

    Recipe for orange creamsicles

Is It Okay That I Call These Keto Creamsicles Dreamicles?

I feel compelled to do this because they are so creamy, dreamy and easy to make.

This low-carb orange creamer recipe has a secret ingredient that adds to the deliciously creamy taste and is also great brain health to keep you smarter, so give it a try!

If you love the taste of Creamsicles, you will fall in love with my Creamsicle Ice Cream.

    Keto Lime Creamsicles

    Creamsicles with lime

Creamsicles with Lime are one of my favorite coconut keto popsicle recipes. Made with a coconut milk avocado base and fresh lime juice, they are simple and incredibly tasty.

    Fudgesicles

    Fudgesicles

These no-sugar fudgsicles are an amazingly healthy chocolate ice cream on a stick recipe. My boys LOVE them.

Also take a look at my 2-ingredient chocolate sorbet which is my mother-in-law’s favorite.

Other than that, my MIL is why I am the chef that I am today.

She’s amazing in the kitchen and raised Mr. Pantry with healthy, delicious food.

So when he and I got together, I had to meet the high standards that he literally brought to our table.

    Dark Chocolate Keto Recipes

If you’re in love with my Keto Fudgsicles Recipe, you’ll want more Dark Chocolate Keto Recipes like:

If you don’t feel like baking, check out the best low carb candy bars.

For a quick solution, I have a bar of Theo 85% organic dark chocolate ready.

    Are Popsicles Gluten Free?

So when you’re jumping straight from chocolate to popsicle when you’re wondering if popsicles are gluten free? I can tell you that all of my popsicle recipes are gluten free.

In 1998 I was diagnosed with celiac disease and tried a gluten-free diet.

Shortly after, I realized that was good, but not enough, so I took it a step further and went on a low-carb, gluten-free diet.

This, along with proper sleep and gentle exercise, helps me stay healthy.

    2 ingredients banana ice cream

    Simple keto desserts

If you’re looking for other easy keto desserts, be sure to try my Keto Brownies and the Keto Blueberry Lemon Bread.

And check out my keto banana ice cream, which is the lowest-carb way to turn bananas into low-carb ice cream. Remember, the keto diet is all about the macronutrient ratio.
