It’s easy to have all sorts of dreams, visions and goals, but until you get into the details what that would actually look/feel like – over the course of a day – you cannot KNOW that your dream/vision is what you really want.
I recently listened to a talk by Jon Butcher where he led us through a guided meditation to visualize/imagine our ideal, perfect day. I’ve reproduced this guided meditation for you here – of course I tweaked it a bit, but most of it comes from Jon’s presentation.
Prepare for life-changing clarity. Maybe followed by fear, self-doubt and overwhelm! When we dare to imagine what we REALLY WANT, it can trigger strong resistance from our ego. It’s okay. Allow it. Then work to release/transform these limiting beliefs using laser tapping, hypnotherapy, or whatever technique works best for you.
