The sauna blanket
The HigherDOSE sauna blanket is a portable version of an infrared sauna for the home. It uses infrared heat (which warms your body from the inside out, rather than the other way around) along with healing tourmaline crystals, clay, and a layer of charcoal (all of which create negative ions). In addition, it is made of non-toxic materials and has extremely low EMF interference. So there is no radiation to your body while you relax and sweat.

I use the PEMF Go Mat every day at least once in the morning for meditation/prayer and later when I just need a moment to reset and recharge. It also feels relaxing and stimulating at the same time. The heat feels great in the morning. And I also hope it made a difference to some of the inflammatory issues I was struggling with.

Red light face mask
