Probiotic paste for the vagina
I joined Natasha Trenev (founder of Natren) on this livestream on the topic of urinary tract infections. We immediately started getting requests for detailed instructions on how to prepare the probiotic paste Natasha was talking about – which you can insert into the vagina.
So here is the live stream and below are the instructions for Natren’s vaginal probiotic paste:
How to use the vaginal probiotic paste for urinary and vaginal tract problems
For optimal success, apply once in the evening before going to bed.
- Before making the paste, disinfect your work area with disinfectant wipes or a solution of white vinegar and water.
- First, wash your hands with soap and warm water for 20 seconds and dry your hands thoroughly. Have finger protection or medical gloves handy as you will make a paste to insert into the vagina.
- Use Natrens Megadophilus (dairy or dairy-free). Place 1 teaspoon (1 capsule equals ½ teaspoon, so open 2 capsules and follow the same instructions) into the palm of your clean, washed and dried hand. Add a few drops of filtered, unrefrigerated water to make a smooth, lump-free paste (avoid adding too much water or the preparation will be too runny).
- Using your index finger protector or medical glove on your hand, scrape the paste off and insert it into your vagina. Ideally, do this last thing before bed so you don’t have to urinate and the paste can work undisturbed for at least a few hours.
Also take 1 serving of Megadophilus orally 3 times daily. Or 2 capsules of Healthy Trinity orally per day.

This procedure should be performed for 1 to 2 weeks until improvement in urinary and vaginal health is achieved. This recommendation for healthy vaginal and urinary tract flora is due to the unprecedented change in the status of women’s vaginal and urinary tract microbiome. This treatment can also be helpful for fertility problems.
