Whole Food Healing & Super Delish Smoothies

My mother’s neighbor died of widespread cancer. In her final days, my mom made her these smoothies – easy to drink and digest, but super tasty.

Even on the days when she could only drink part of the shake, her delightful smile when she tasted it lit the room.

To make these you’ll need a MagicBullet or NutriBullet blender, or of course a Vitamix or other powerful blender would work just as well.
