A member of my Lazer Tapping program (self-healing technique for the mind, body and spirit) asked us some GREAT questions and I just had to record a video answer!
Why did I manifest this disease?
The question is:
“Specifically, what kind of support can be offered in diving into and processing the emotional baggage behind Crohn’s disease and in the gut? What support is there to go deeper into the emotions in the gut and learn the meaning behind the manifestation of this disease?”

I love the way she has already seen the difference of this particular illness. Because anyone familiar with the work of Louise Hay (which deals with the metaphysical causes of physical illness/dysfunction) already knows that where and what in the body is an important part of the message your higher self sends you about your physical body.
Map your pathology
As I say in the video, grab your journal and go through these questions. It doesn’t matter what health problem you have (why did I develop this disease?), the examination process is the same:
1/
What’s bothering you? When you look at your life, what do you wish it could be different?
– Job, living situation, everyday life
What isn’t working for YOU? What does your soul wish were different?
2/
When you look back on your childhood – go back into the womb if you can – feel into what happened, imagine how you might have felt?
Go through each childhood memory and write them down (bullet points are good). Go through your life so far.
3/
AFTER making this list, leave it for a few days and then look again at what the common points are… Was there a recurring feeling? Did the same emotional state appear again and again? What themes do you notice? Are there traits, patterns, or beliefs that occurred repeatedly?
4/
Use your favorite technique to connect with your body and feel what is there…It feels___________. Breathe. What would like to emerge today? What needs to be done today? You can do this as a DAILY exercise.

5/
Become aware of your daily life. How do I react to events throughout my day? When am I stressed? Notice the FIRST sign of stress – develop your sensitivity to recognize it when it first appears.
Notice what people, situations, relationships trigger you. What matters is not what happens to you, but how you react. Become your own detective; Notice what triggers you and why?
6/
Notice which parts of your body are painful. Start by tapping on just the physical pain. FEEL into the pain and describe it; burning, throbbing, sharp, dull, aching, stabbing, sore, etc. Give your pain permission to exist. Follow the pain as it moves around your body; As you become aware of new places that feel painful, tap each new event.
If you haven’t tried Lazer Tapping yet, come join me for a free session.
I encourage you to actually write down your answers to these questions and create a roadmap for your healing journey. Remember: the journey of a thousand miles begins with the first step. Once you have the answers, you can use your preferred method of healing your mind, body, and spirit: laser tapping, hypnotherapy, craniosacral, somatic experiencing, etc.
