Hello friends! Happy Friday and I hope my US friends had a great Thanksgiving!

It's been a pretty great week here. I took the kids and a few friends to the trampoline park after their half day of school so they could let off some steam, got to work on holiday cooking (made this cake, this casserole with green beans and homemade crispy onions, and picked up pumpkin bread, apple pie, and gravy for my friend from Dedicated).

took the kids to Target (to “browse,” they said) and the pilot returned from a long trip. The end of October-November was crazy: he was gone, I went to RHS, we high-fived each other and he left, when he came back I went to LA, we high-fived each other again and he left, and now he's back! Phew. It was a great joy that he could be here for Thanksgiving!

(Dress is here // Boots are here)

We had the usual lunch and dinner at my uncle's house with all of my father's family.

Afterwards we went to Trevor and Danielle's in the evening to hang out with Madre's family and see Daisy! She is just the funniest and cutest little nut. I love her so much.

The day was filled with family time, delicious food, a walk around the neighborhood and just relaxing… I hope you had a wonderful day too!

Now it's time for the weekly Friday Faves party. Here I share some of my favorite finds of the week and around the internet. I'm always happy to hear about your favorites too, so please share what you like in the comments section below.

    Black Friday is heeeeeeere:

I look forward to Black Friday sales all year long!! Then I go through my Christmas shopping list and also pick up some of the things we need for the house or things I've been keeping an eye on. A LOT of YouTubers share their links this time of year and I want to thank those of you who have chosen to purchase through my links. It means a lot to me and your support will help me offset some of the costs of running the blog, especially since advertising revenue has plummeted due to AI search.

Here are some of this year's best finds:

    Gift Guide Top Tips:

    – Crazy sale at Farm Rio, aka my favorite shop! 50% off and an additional 20% with code SUPER20. I received two dresses and am so excited about them! (This and this)

    – Walking pad. This is the only way I can get 10,000 steps in most days! This one costs less than $100 with Black Friday deals.

    – Rebounders. This is a great way to support blood circulation and the lymphatic system and also improve concentration during a long work day. I take a 5 minute break and bounce to some music. This is on offer for BFCM.

    – Anthro is 30% off!! I'm obsessed with her festive drinkware, this dress (I neeeeeed it), this sequin t-shirt, the “Yes, chef” tea towel, and this pack of my favorite clean scents.

    – Old Navy: 50% off sitewide. I ordered new uniform pants for both children, this jacket for Liv and this jacket for me. Her vacation outfits are so cute; This is what we wore for family photos this year. I got this skirt and dress for Liv. I can't even believe the dress is only $13 right now!!! It fits wonderfully and looks much more expensive.

    – Vivrelle!! Do this for yourself lol 🙂 You can rent designer handbags and luxury jewelry and swap them out every month. I have the most beautiful Chanel caviar bag at the moment and I'm sad to have to send it back next week, but I'm so excited to pick out something new! So much fun for the holidays. Use this link for $300 off – it's spread out to save you $100 every month for 3 months. I promise you will love it.

-50% discount on gorgeous nightwear. I got these for Liv; the material is a dream.

–25% discount at Bombas! Everyone needs new socks lol. I especially love their slipper socks and their compression socks for long flights. The pilot also uses and loves them.

–50% off at J Crew. I love their men's sweaters, women's blazers (they last forever) and girls' dresses. This will be P's Christmas dress.

    – Great price for the Hatch! It's worth mentioning here that I don't pay for the subscription and it still works surprisingly well.

    – Ninja Creami Scoop on offer.

    – Non-toxic air fryer.

    – The vacuum cleaner is the only way to keep our floors shiny and clean. (Also, I use a little Branch Basics in the water even though that's not allowed, and it still works great for now lol)

    – These beautiful CZ earrings.

    – Cozy and clean makeup set.

    – This amazing pendant.

    – This holiday essentials travel set.

    – The perfect cosmetic case.

    – Toniebox! That's what I get for Daisy.

    Wellness favorites

    – If you don’t have a Lumebox yet, now is your chance. This weekend they are 50% off and that is the highest discount they are offering. I use it for so many things: headaches, muscle aches, energy, mood, skin, stomach aches, fever, period cramps (rarely get them but when I do it helps a lot), SO many things. It's like the Swiss Army knife of wellness tools. Get your copy here!

    – Air doctor. Clean air makes a big difference, especially this time of year when allergies and colds are common. This is their best price all year.

    – Canopy shower filter. We immediately noticed a difference in our skin and hair. The water feels softer and no longer has the smell of chlorine. If you already have one, this is a good opportunity to buy more for additional bathrooms or to try out the sink or bathtub filter.

    – Mold-free coffee! I restock during sales. The sad news is that coffee is a heavily sprayed crop, so many conventional options contain pesticides, herbicides and mold. This one has been lab tested for purity and remineralization and tastes DELICIOUS. I only drink decaf coffee, and most decaf coffee is gross. This one is amazing.

    – PEMF Go Mat. I use it every day for breathing exercises and meditation or when I need a little recharge while working at the computer. It's hard for me to decide which one I like better: the famous sauna blanket! or the PEMF mat. If you can do both, I say go for it. 😉

    – Red light face mask. I use it every morning when I'm doing chores or multitasking. It gives my skin an amazing glow and I have noticed a huge difference in the texture of my skin

    – OneSkin! You have tiered savings for BFCM; The more you spend, the more you save. They use their own peptide, OS-01, which blocks aging cells – they can accelerate the aging process. I love their tinted moisturizer and body lotion.

-My favorite quarterly detox! If you're joining us in January, get your gear now. You can do 7, 14 or 21 days.

    – The most incredible wellness gift you can give yourself this season is becoming certified as an Integrative Health Practitioner. I mentioned this in my last post, but if you're thinking about getting certified, it's one of the best things I've ever done. I would be happy to chat with you and tell you more about my experiences. This is their best price of the year: Use BF1500 for $1500 in Tiers 1 and 2.

    – Organifi! They make so many of my favorite products including Hydrogen Water Tablets, Green Juice, Red Juice, Harmony and Pure. Check it out here!

If you're shopping for a specific person, I have tons of ideas in this year's gift guides (a few more on the way!). Many of these include BFCM deals in the posts:

    Biohacking and wellness gifts

    For her

    For him

    For the children

    For tweens

Everything is linked on my ShopMy for easy access and you'll also find a summary of some of my top tips on this page.

    Read, watch, listen:

I'm SO sad that Dancing with the Stars is over, but this season was so fun to watch and we were so happy Robert won. I'm trying to figure out what to do with the Tuesday night gap!

This was an excellent podcast episode about the power of your thoughts.

    Fitness, health and good food:

Our favorite meals during the week.

A 30 minute dance cardio and strength workout.

Thanks for stopping by the blog today! I wish you a great weekend and see you soon!

    xoxo
