    Linsy’s struggle with the Herxheimer reaction

    My assistant Linsy is known here as the Queen of Herx. This is because her healing journey involved exceptional sensitivity and massive reactions to any type of anti-pathogen or detoxification agent, leading to the Herxheimer reaction (death of the pathogen).

    In addition to her sensitivities, she suffered from extensive food and environmental allergies. If this all sounds familiar, you’ll probably find out lots of helpful tips and tricks in my interview with Linsy below.

    Linsy’s healing journey

    As someone who has walked a difficult path to healing from IBD, Linsy is now free of any colitis symptoms. And her allergies and sinus problems are almost completely healed.

    Linsy explains in detail how to apply anti-pathogen protocols such as wild oregano or olive leaf while providing the body with effective detoxification procedures to minimize reactions and discomfort caused by the die-off effect.

    Here is a list of the names of some different binder options. You can then choose which one is best for you! Just find out which one your body needs, do your own research and consult a professional to find out which one suits you best!

    Binder options:

    • Bentonite clay
    • Activated carbon or charcoal
    • GI DETOX (A powerful, strong combination binder that has been very helpful for some. Please consult a professional before using this binder for your specific condition.)
    • Sun Chlorella (usually considered a light binder by most people, Jini’s MultiAbsorb Immune product contains chlorella)
    • Chlorophyll (similar to solar chlorella, it is known to help detoxify the body and therefore could potentially help eliminate the toxins)
    • Sprouted chia or flax seeds (These can be taken alone or in a BCPH shake. They must ALWAYS be taken with plenty of water to avoid constipation.)
