    What is driving water?

Propel Water is a brand of flavored bottled water manufactured by Gatorade. It is a sports drink that provides healthy electrolytes and antioxidants.

In addition, Propel Water comes in different flavors such as lemon, berry, peach and orange. And it also comes in dry powder mixes.

    Nutritional information for driving water

Before we answer the question “Is Propel Water keto friendly?” To answer this question, let's first look at the nutritional information.

A 500ml bottle of Propel Berry Flavored Water contains no calories, fat and carbohydrates. However, it contains 230 mg sodium, 60 mg potassium and 24 mg vitamin C.

    Is Propel Water Keto Friendly?

Nope. Propel water is considered “dirty keto” because while it contains no carbohydrates, it does contain unhealthy and non-keto ingredients. Some of these ingredients include sucralose and acesulfame potassium.

    Vitamin water without sugar

Vitamin Water's Zero Sugar drinks are the perfect alternative to Propel Water. It comes in a variety of fruity flavors and contains keto-friendly ingredients like stevia leaf extract.

    BODYARMOR sports water

BODYARMOR Sports Water is another keto-friendly alternative to Propel Water. It is carb-free and, unlike Propel Water, contains no non-keto artificial sweeteners.

    Aquahydrate

Aquahydrate electrolyte water contains no carbohydrates, no fats and no unhealthy ingredients, making it another good alternative to Propel Water.
