Hello friends! Have a nice weekend! I’m posting my Friday Favorites roundup a little later this week because it’s been wild. I took Liv and one of her best friends to the Katseye concert in Phoenix.
(The girls had a blast)
and then my niece was dropped off for a sleepover while her parents enjoyed a much-needed date night. We enjoyed having her here so much. Okay, everyone except Maisey. She was very stressed that someone else was getting more attention than her, lol.

She slept like an angel in her backpack in our room and the girls had so much fun with her here. They’ve already asked if it can become a weekly thing.
What are you up to this weekend?
We got our Christmas tree last night, watched Home Alone and ate pizza,

(One day I’ll have a curated match tree…and it might break my heart)
and the rest of the weekend is filled with basketball games, Moulin Rouge, NCL meetings and Wicked: For Good (again! I can’t wait) and preparing for the week ahead. I hope you have a nice weekend!
Now it’s time for the weekly Friday Faves party. Here I share some of my favorite finds of the week and around the internet. I’m always happy to hear about your favorites too, so please share what you like in the comments section below.
12.6 Friday Favorites
Wellness Favorites with Expanded Cyber Monday Deals:
– Air doctor. Clean air makes a big difference, especially this time of year when allergies and colds are common. This is their best price all year.
– Canopy shower filter. We immediately noticed a difference in our skin and hair. The water feels softer and no longer has the smell of chlorine. If you already have one, this is a good opportunity to buy more for additional bathrooms or to try out the sink or bathtub filter.
– PEMF Go Mat. I use it every day for breathing exercises and meditation or when I need a little recharge while working at the computer. It’s hard for me to decide which one I like better: the famous sauna blanket! or the PEMF mat. If you can do both, I say go for it. 😉
– Red light face mask. I use it every morning when I’m doing chores or multitasking. It gives my skin an amazing glow and I have noticed a huge difference in the texture of my skin
– Organifi! They make so many of my favorite products including Hydrogen Water Tablets, Green Juice, Red Juice, Harmony and Pure. Check it out here!
If you’re shopping for a specific person, I have tons of ideas in this year’s gift guides (a few more on the way!). Many of these include BFCM deals in the posts:
Biohacking and wellness gifts
For her
For him
For the children
For tweens
Everything is linked on my ShopMy for easy access and you’ll also find a summary of some of my top tips on this page.
Random: This hand cream from Trader Joe’s is SO good. It comes in a double pack (one is lightly scented, the other is unscented) and Liv said it’s her new favorite hand cream.

Read, watch, listen:
Don’t miss this week’s podcast episode about biological dentistry and how the health of your mouth affects your entire body.
Wonderful gift ideas that spend little or nothing.
December Tradition: Read a chapter from the book of Luke every day.

Fitness, health and good food:
This protein powder! I received this as a gift and it has become one of my new favorites. I eat Daily Nutritional Support mixed with Truvani every morning (to increase the protein content), but I love the ingredients and taste of this protein. It is sweetened with dates, certified organic and super soft and delicious. The children liked it too.

This week was P’s first full week back at school. I’m still holding my breath that everything will continue to go well, but right now she’s super happy. I celebrated with my first hot yoga class in months at Roots. I missed it! (More about the homeschooling thing here)
Lunch with a friend at Tumerico. I hadn’t been there in years and their jackfruit ropa vieja was even better than I remembered.

Thanks for stopping by the blog today! I wish you a great weekend and see you soon!
xoxo
