Hello friends! Happy Friday! How was the week? Ours was good. We came back from the cruise and both kids had stomach upsets (the worst! Plus this is the first time something like this has happened after a cruise), so a pretty low key start to the week. I’m currently working on my cruise recap and will post it early next week!

Take me baaaaack to the land of no chores, beach time, nightly shows, and gluten-free Mickey waffles.
What are you up to this weekend? P has a basketball tournament, we have a few NCL events, and the family is coming over for dinner. I hope you have a wonderful weekend ahead of you!

Fashion, beauty, coincidence:
I love this lipstick. It provides the perfect little pop of color and moisturizes instead of drying out. I wore the Kiln sunglasses.
This Farm Rio dress! The kids said I looked like the Abuela from Encanto, which I took as a huge compliment.

Latest Vivrelle! Obsessed with this Chanel bag. Everything they send is in perfect condition. If you want to try it out, you can use GINAHARNEY for free for your first month here. You have to apply – it takes about 30 seconds – and then if you’re approved, you’ll gain access to her massive closet full of luxury handbags and jewelry. It’s so fun to try something new every month.

This bracelet set. When we’re on the plane, the kids usually have all the screen time rules in place. I’m always happily surprised when they choose to do activities outside of the screen (e.g. reading a print book). P has made bracelets almost all the way to Orlando.

The most random thing: the Macarena at Beefsteak.

(Even completely sober, I just had a GREAT time haha)
Read, watch, listen:
New post on Substack!
What I’m currently reading. Sara Goodman Confino is one of my favorite cupcake reads: light, fluffy, fun, a little treat.
I’ve really been enjoying this podcast lately. The topics are everywhere and I always bring new knowledge, inspiration or concrete steps I can take in my life or business.
How exercise protects the brain.
Fitness, health and good food:
I still love the Sculpt Society workouts. Did a 30 minute sculpture at home this week and it was perfect.
Easy enchiladas with fried chicken.
This Kale Junkie recipe was a 10/10. The kids really liked it too! I served it with tzatziki and chopped salad (the pickles were bad so I left them out) and pita bread for Liv and the pilot and Coyotas tortillas for P and me.

Lumebox is having a great promotion for International Women’s Day this weekend. You can still use my code FITNESSISTA for $260 off, but if you order this weekend you will receive a free “Be the Light” hoodie (a $100 value). Here is the link!
