    Jini's Raw Nutrient ShakeIn the video below I show you how to prepare a raw vegetable shake that even children like!

    This is truly a delicious, nutritious shake that you can use when you need a quick, easy breakfast. It’s also great if you’re trying to gain weight or correct a protein deficiency/malnutrition, or if you’re simply looking for an unprocessed alternative to a whey protein shake!

    Of course, you can also replace the raw milk or yogurt with dairy-free milk of your choice. And you can replace the banana with half an avocado or another fruit of your choice.

    You can also reduce sugar content by using stevia or luo han guo (monk fruit). Or you can use just 1/4 teaspoon of maple syrup or honey in combination with stevia or monk fruit – this way the raw sugar will mask the aftertaste of the monk fruit or stevia.

    Raw nutrient milkshake

    2 raw organic free-range egg yolks OR 1 raw egg yolk and 1 raw whole egg
    1 cup raw milk or yogurt (raw cow, sheep, goat or camel milk)
    Maple syrup or raw honey to taste
    1 tsp – 1 tbsp Udos oil
    Optional: very ripe banana or half an avocado

    *Note: If using banana (or avocado), mix banana and milk/yogurt first and then add remaining ingredients. Mix on LOW speed for 5-10 seconds.

    If you have constipation, add 125 – 250 mg magnesium citrate (shake empty capsule and mix).

    If you have had problems tolerating dairy products in the past, then – at least to start with – use yoghurt (preferably homemade, with Natren’s yoghurt starter) instead of raw milk.

    You can also slowly increase your raw milk tolerance by starting with just one teaspoon of homemade raw yogurt per day and gradually increasing to one tablespoon, etc. But also take Natren probiotics at the same time to continue building your healthy gut flora.

    You can also use Natren dairy-based probiotics to gradually restore or increase tolerance to raw milk. Start with just a pinch of powdered milk along with your regular non-dairy probiotics and gradually increase the amount over a period of a few months.
