This video summarizes the phenomena of connecting with the God Creator Source and how this can happen through your own body. Dr. Espen Wold-Jensen died of a widespread infection, he had been taking intravenous antibiotics for over a year and his doctor told him he had to amputate his leg or he would die of sepsis.
The Creator Source came by and spoke to him and told him to go home and BREATHE. So he pulled out his IV, left the hospital and did just that. Within 3.5 weeks he was completely healed – No more infection in his body.
Will nasal breathing – meowing – heal you?
Do I believe that deep and correct breathing (through the nose) will heal you? I think it’s a cornerstone of health, but the healing was unique to him. A gift or path opened up from the Divine to reconnect him with his soul and realize the ability for healing that he could achieve with divine help. Your path may be different.
I taught myself to breathe through my nose over a decade ago after a myofunctional therapist taught me how to do what is now popularly known as meowing. It’s fantastic and I highly recommend that you breathe this way at night, which automatically carries over to your standard breathing during the day.
I hope you take the time to watch this video because it contains a lot of great insights that are both insightful and, when put into practice, transformative. I will include below some quotes from Dr. List Espen, but you definitely need to watch the video to understand what he’s talking about and why.
“This is a growth-based universe, not a comfort-based one.”
Thoughts are the language of the mind (male).
Emotions are the language of the body (female).
We are electromagnetic beings.
The electric is the thought.
The magnetic thing is emotion.
Breathing for healing is a cornerstone, not a formula
So let’s say we want to manifest healing. We say (mind, intention, masculine): “My body is healed.” That’s great, that creates the first manifestation point. But most people cannot match the thought/intention with the corresponding ongoing emotion (feminine, magnetic).
So the thought is: I have a healthy body. But the feeling is: I don’t love my body, I don’t respect my body, I don’t trust my body, I’m not really in touch with my body.
That is the feeling/emotion. Most people don’t know this because it’s subconscious; The unconscious is the body.
Then the thought is: I am healed. But the feeling is: I don’t think I can heal, I don’t feel connected. You can change the emotions by entering the body.”
My body speaks – what does it say?
We must bring the unconscious into conscious awareness. How do we do that? Through the use of powerful healing methods for the body and mind such as Somatic Experiencing, Hypnotherapy, Craniosacral (level 2 or higher), EFT or Lazer Tapping.
Thought (intention) + emotion = manifestation
“We don’t manifest what we want, we manifest what we are vibrationally.”
–Wayne Dyer
Thoughts, Emotions, and the Body: Why Healing Requires All Three
We manifest what we are capable of and what we can sustain in vibration (emotion). I’m currently on a journey to really dive deep into feeling the emotions of each of my organs. Starting, of course, with my colon. Over the past 4 years of extreme stress, challenges, abuse, death and moving, I have not listened well to my gut!
I told my colon, “You just have to keep it all together and not cause me any problems. I can barely hold on here and I can’t take anything else. I’ll give you what you need, so stay calm and help us.”
And my colon did as I asked while it absorbed all the damage. Until my life crises were over and my husband returned from the UK (he had supported our youngest to pursue his football dreams/opportunities as we had agreed was necessary). And then my colon couldn’t take it anymore and sent us into a health crisis.
As part of my healing, I realized that I am really good at listening to my body’s guidance, but bad at tuning in and listening to emotional reality. And as you can see in the video and the content quoted above, our EMOTIONS primarily determine our reality!
I started by simply placing my hand on each organ and saying out loud, “I feel…” and trusting whatever comes through. It doesn’t matter if I’m right because by doing/practicing I open the way to becoming good at it and eventually being able to hear/feel correctly.
If this feels scary or uncomfortable, don’t do it wrong
If you have resistance to this practice, that’s okay! It can be quite scary to be willing to listen to the emotional feelings of parts of our body. especially those who have problems or are in pain. Recognize your fear, your resistance… and then do it anyway. Maybe start with a simpler body part or organ first.
One evening I was cuddling with my husband Ian and put my hand on my colon to see what he was feeling. My colon’s feelings were about my husband and when I said out loud, “I feel…” my brain (thought – male) was shocked. I would never tell Ian that! But Ian took it well as my colon was telling the truth.
I could write so much more on this topic, but I’ll leave it at that for now. Just watch the video and let it sink in. And let’s keep moving forward and upward!
