If you have read any of my books, you know that there is always a section where I talk about the importance of healing the mind, body, and spirit.
Yes, you can get out of the drug and surgery cycle by using only the physical body healing methods. And once an imbalance has manifested itself in the physical body, it actually needs to be physically healed – mental, emotional or energetic healing alone is not enough.
But then if you want true healing at the root level and forever, you MUST go to the emotional and spiritual level of yourself and heal that too.
That’s why I created my Lazer Tapping program.
This is why I recommend you use the built-in version Mind/body therapies such as Somatic Experiencing, Hypnotherapy, Craniosacral (level 2 or higher) and Acupressure.
There are many famous teachers who advocate this approach such as Gregg Baden, Joe Dispenza, Dr. Deepak Chopra and Caroline Myss.
A story of deep healing
Here is a very interesting story of a woman with multiple digestive issues and food allergies who finally realized that she needed to go beyond all the doctors, functional medicine doctors, naturopaths, tests, etc. and get to the root of her illness/disease/imbalance.
Start visualizing the healed version of yourself
For those of you who want to get started right away, here is a video with excellent instructions to start visualizing/creating the healed version of you now:
“Ask with no hidden motive
and be surrounded by your answer.
Allow yourself to be surrounded by what you desire
that your joy may be complete.”
What does Healing You look and feel like?
- Ask without attaching to or judging the outcome.
- What you desire is already there – FEEL, see, touch, smell, taste, imagine all the elements of this state of being and BE it entirely in your imagination.
Be clear about what “healed” really means to you
- What does “healed” look, feel, sound, taste and smell like to you? This way you can define your idea of healing – you think it’s obvious, but it’s more complex. Any benefits you get from the disease will disappear. For example, perhaps you don’t need to work full time for health reasons and you don’t want to.
- Maybe you have a lot of support, but when you’re healthy you have to do everything yourself.
- Maybe you’re afraid to follow your dream, your heart’s desire, and you can put a stop to that by saying, “I’d like to do that, but I can’t.”
- When you heal, you may no longer live with someone who is toxic or abusive, so you will lose a relationship.
- Maybe you are strong and healthy, live in a different place, or have a completely different lifestyle, so you will gain some things and lose others. Do you understand what I mean? When you truly imagine being healed, you will discover all the obstacles that stand in the way of your healing. And then you have to lean in and do the work.
Build a comprehensive sense of healing
- Create a complete FELT experience of healing. Imagine being in different situations, different places, doing different activities, with different people and in different relationships. Imagine what you see, what emotions you feel, what physical sensations you experience and in what parts of your body, what do you hear, what does it smell like? Look deeply into everything you can perceive and imagine.
- Maybe you can’t visualize in silence. Then say everything you experience out loud, like a running commentary on a dream or movie. Or maybe you love keeping a journal with written words or artwork – whatever way is easiest and most fluid for you is good.
If you need help diving into yourself, calming down, and connecting with yourself so you can imagine yourself healed, use one of my guided meditations, like this one. Or this one.
We hold space for your highest good and send you all the encouragement in the world to find the courage to begin this crucial aspect of healing – mind, soul and body.
