Before & after examples of supplementation plans
Although I’ve already written an extensive blog post on the subject, I know how difficult it can be to craft your supplementation plan!
It’s very hard to keep in mind (at the same time) all the supplements that can work synergistically, those that are best taken with food, those that need to be taken on an empty stomach (but not with probiotics!) And so on .
One of my readers sent in his supplement plan for feedback, and it really helps to see the supplements in a table like this one! This is what Linsy recommended to you in her video last month.
VOR – Supp Schedule
This is a large supplement plan, and it doesn’t have to be quite as labor intensive. Let’s take a look at how he can simplify his supplement routine …
AFTER – Supp Schedule # 1
OR he could simplify it even further by taking his antioxidants together and then mixing his Vit. Carbon and atomic size minerals together in a glass of water – see Supp Schedule # 2 below. I’ll do it myself, today I’m mixing 1 packet of Emergen-C with QuikPlus Silica, Magnesium, and Trace Matrix (coming up soon! I use my testers, but we should have QuikPlus Trace Matrix available for you sometime in March if all goes well) !).
AFTER – Supp Schedule # 2
I hope these charts have been a useful guide to you – and of course you may have different dosages or use different supplements, but hopefully this has helped you clearly see which supplements to combine to make your routine easier.
Your top 2 rules to remember are:
1. Probiotics must be taken entirely by yourself – 2 hours away from antibiotics or anti-pathogens (including wild oregano, potentized garlic, olive leaf, etc.) and on an empty stomach; 20 minutes before eating or 2 hours after eating.
2. Wild oregano oil is best taken on an empty stomach, but can be combined with any healing substance that also needs an empty stomach – such as aloe vera, mucosa calm, smooth elm, marshmallow root, etc. It must be taken 20 minutes before eating or 2 hours after eating.
Note: Immune booster herbs like astragalus and maitake are best on an empty stomach, but away from probiotics. They can be taken along with wild oregano, aloe vera, MucosaCalm, etc. And they don’t HAVE to be on an empty stomach, they are just more effective that way.
