With all the madness going on in the world surrounding coronavirus, it’s easy to get caught up in the fears fueled by mass hysteria. You’ve read or heard about people buying toilet paper, paper towels, wipes, and hand sanitizer in bulk, and it’s becoming increasingly common for stores to run out of these essential items.
Of course, it is likely that the panic/reaction to COVID-19 will cause far more damage than the virus itself (PS language warning at this link). So instead of delving into the complexities of what’s actually going on here, let’s focus on a short and sweet action plan. What to do when panic sets in? And what if you live with an already weakened immune system?
Get out of fear: Live and breathe hope into your cells and tissues and stay positive. Get out into the wild nature. Spend time with trees and animals. Go into your fear and use mind/body tools (craniosacral, tapping, hypnotherapy) to receive the messages of your fear – and then transform them or put them into action as needed. Fear fades, hope grows stronger. What do you need to do or change to live in hope?
If you have not yet attended my Infectious Disease Fear Transformation Healing Session, please do so too!
Be physically proactive – Here are some daily supplements to help you boost your immune system and stay healthy:
Natren probiotics
Vitamin D3 – at least 4,000 IU
B complex vitamins – 30-50 mg each
Vitamin E – at least 400 IU
Vitamin C – for intestinal tolerance
Walk or hike in nature (around large trees if possible)
Walking barefoot on the beach or in the sea or lake (grounding and minerals)
Regarding the antipathogenic effect (viruses, bacteria, fungi): Wild oregano oil or olive leaf extract or aged garlic. For detailed instructions, see my Wild Oregano Oil Antiviral Protocol or my post “Inhaled Glutathione and Hydrogen Peroxide for Lung Problems.”
More simple gifts for your body: Ginger, lemon, manuka honey, immune blend herbal tinctures in your tea, nettle tea, astragalus, medicinal mushrooms (reishi, maitake, etc.)
Have fun at home: Read e-books or take an online course and learn a new language or skill – Udemy usually always has special offers and the courses are very affordable! There are a number of museums from London to Seoul that offer virtual tours (here and here), so you can experience beautiful historical landmarks from the comfort of your own home. YouTube now offers a range of free movies and shows, and Netflix is adding more options to its arsenal to keep people entertained while they stay indoors.
I would also recommend taking a look at the Mind, Body and Spirit Healing section of my blog. At this time, it is critical that we remain proactive, positive, and supportive of one another while refusing to let fear, negativity, or panic control us.
