You ate something and it just didn’t fit well … or worse, it made you SICK! We all experience those moments when we eat something and then realize that something is not sitting right. And if we already have sensitive stomachs, the last thing we need is a bad meal that will ruin our day!

Food poisoning is no joke, and for anyone with bowel problems, the panic that occurs after eating something bad is REAL.

Today I’m sharing 2 more tips with you that helped me detox while accidentally eating something bad. This is part 2 of 3 videos in total, so stay tuned for 1 more!

If you haven’t seen the first video yet, you can watch it here.

    Tip # 4: Detox

Open all pathways to detox! The tips that Jini and I already shared help a lot with detox, but what else can you do when it comes to detox?

Here are some ways you can detox:

    1.) Epsom salt bath

An Epsom salt bath is great for so many things! If you’re unfamiliar, Epsom salt contains magnesium so this can help draw out toxins. Many people also use this to relieve pain, muscle pain, joint pain, etc.

    2.) Sweat it out! exercise

Another thing you can do is sweat it out! Exercise and make your heart beat faster because sweating helps pump out toxins!

    3.) Infrared saunas

Infrared saunas are great too, but see Jini’s recommendation on the right type of infrared saunas – as some can actually emit radiation and harmful waves.

This treatment can help the body get rid of harmful chemicals and toxins in the body. This is important now – not just about Get the bad food out but also to help with systemic problems. If the food has bad bacteria in it, you don’t want it to hurt your GI or cause inflammation in other areas of the body.

Tip # 5: Colon massage and / or hot castor oil pack

Jini’s Colon Massage is great for so many things, including gas pockets, bowel movements, constipation – and it can even be used to help babies who may be suffering from similar problems!

It’s gentle enough not to cause problems, but strong enough to start movement if you have a colon paralysis. This will help gently push out the bad item ingested, but also in a safe way. It’s basically a massage of your belly, and Jini demonstrates this in her great video below:

Hot roll packages are just as versatile! They’re great for so many things, including painful menstruation! Castor oil packs promote blood circulation and healing of tissues and organs under the skin. It also activates the liver, and that’s what you want: to get the bad out!

Castor oil packs can also help with pain, cramps, and inflammation. So if you are experiencing gas, gas, or pain from ingesting bad food, this is a general gateway to relief! I even use castor oil packs on injuries or after receiving treatments that left me sore.

I recommend reading Jini’s blog post Hot Castor Oil Pack for IBD or IBS – Pain, Spasming, Flatulence for more information on the benefits of castor oil packs, as well as more information on how to use them!

This castor oil pack kit that we have in the LTYG Shoppe makes it easy for you as it contains everything you need to get started – just add a heat source!

Linsy is Jini’s assistant. From a highly sensitive / reactive case of ulcerative colitis to complete freedom from medication and surgery with exclusively natural methods, Linsy understands the interplay of mind / body / soul on the healing path firsthand.
