I created this guided meditation together with the herd at the request of my son Hugo, who was on the 23rd. He was in a 12 × 8 ′ room with only enough floor space for a yoga mat, in solitary confinement for 7 days! Meals were dropped in front of the door. He was only allowed to leave the room to shower or use the toilet. His isolation was worse than that of an imprisoned criminal, because at least once a day they are allowed to go outside and leave their prison cell to eat.
What governments are doing in the name of “Covid” drives me a little crazy sometimes. How many children have custody if their parents are separated? So you have to be in solitary confinement just to see your parents? Craziness! We bargained hard, and on the third day they let him outside for 20 minutes (alone) twice a day.
On the other hand, I discussed with Hugo why he chose this experience … He could have been in quarantine with Papa for 10 days and then go to school. But he was firmly convinced that he only wanted to “get going” with his fate / passion (at that time he was told that the school quarantine would only last 5 days).
Why did he voluntarily take this difficult test that could drive even adults crazy? I don’t know when he will have the answers to this question, maybe it will only be a few months or even a year, but this meditation, along with this other one (also with my flock), lazer tapping sessions, and a zoom -Session with the horses went all out in helping him stay healthy, avoid deep trauma, and mature in a positive way. Life hello? The challenges never stop.
