Working too hard? Follow-up medication? Have you recently had a trauma? Or recovering from a mistake that seems to persist…?
These are the supplements I take to boost my immune system and also help prevent crashes during times of intense stress (physical or emotional stress).
I will give you both my essentials list and my essentials list to get everything done.
The minimum – prevention
Vitamin D3 – I’m half Indian, so I take 5,000 IU for maintenance and 10-15,000 IU for treatment. Depending on where you live (the further north, the weaker the sun), doctors recommend Caucasians take 3,000 to 5,000 IU.
Cod Liver Oil – this brand (click this link) has a nice purified lemon taste, so I just chew these gelcaps with my Vit D3 and then spit out the casings. Even pregnant women tolerate these very well – no fish burps! They also practice responsible fishing and filter microfilters for mercury and other pollutants.

MultiAbsorb Daily Essential – I LOVE the natural orange mango flavor and drink it like a special juice for breakfast or lunch. ALL the vitamins and micronutrients you need, with key amino acids, antioxidants and trace elements – all in therapeutic amounts.
I used to spend $40/bottle just for the B vitamins in this. Instead, I get everything in one, with vitamin A, K2, zinc, selenium and other immune-boosting substances in therapeutic doses (not a tiny recommended daily dose!). 37 powerful nutrients in the most bioavailable forms!
*Note: Do not drink this in the evening or you may have trouble sleeping due to the energy boost from pure nutrients.
Bone Matrix – atom-sized blend of all the minerals you need for bones, teeth and over 400 enzyme reactions throughout the body. Therapeutic amounts of silica (relieves all the joint pain I have after hard work) and magnesium (nature’s muscle relaxant), all nano-sized so they are immediately absorbed into the bloodstream (even through the oral mucosa) and have no negative effects – for example, the magnesium doesn’t loosen your intestines and the calcium doesn’t build up in your arteries. Note: The synergistic nutrients such as selenium, vitamin K1 + K2, boron, vanadium and basic vitamin D3, which you also need for bone/teeth development, are already contained in MultiAbsorb.
Probiotics – again ONLY from this brand – get this free e-book if you want to know why – in capsule form if your gut is normal or constipated. Use powder form if you have more than 3 bowel movements per day (the transit time is too short for the capsules to dissolve properly). Yes, they’re expensive – they’re therapeutic grade and in over 20 years of teaching people how to cure supposedly “incurable” intestinal diseases, we haven’t found anything better.
The apex – for persistent or severe fatigue
Vitamin D3 – I’m half Indian so I take 15,000-20,000 IU for treatment. A fair-skinned person would probably be happy with 10,000 IU per day.
Vitamin C – 1000-2000 mg every 2 hours, drink slowly for absorption. Stop when you reach intestinal tolerance (loose stools).
Melatonin – 5 mg before bed

*If not using Bone Matrix, at least take magnesium citrate (or chelate) to achieve intestinal tolerance, or use this atom-sized magnesium that does not affect the intestines.
Probiotics – again ONLY from this brand – get this free e-book if you want to know why – in capsule form if your gut is normal or constipated. MultiAbsorb Immune Booster – contains everything in MultiAbsorb Daily Essential (see above), PLUS targeted eye health supplements (lutein and zeaxanthin), along with the best bioflavonoids for allergy and hemorrhoid prevention (quercetin and rutin), and 9 multitasking herbs that support not only the immune system, but also liver, endocrine and respiratory health. All in therapeutic dosages. A total of 47 targeted, naturally extracted supernutrients in the most bioavailable form! Do not drink this in the evening or you may have trouble sleeping due to the energy boost from pure nutrients.
